Is a great and rush Wedding's Event for me but I enjoy it very much and it is really challenging task for me to edit same day of the slide show for Dinner viewing. Khalis & Lily'z Wedding

This is the second time I got a chance to be a Memory Maker for this lovely couple which known each others on FACEBOOK network and the Journey has began.. **SOUND like starwars**

They already finish the Akad Nikah Ceremony last week and today they are going to Bersanding in a hall at Ipoh, which is the Groom's home town.

I am blesses that I have chance to capture Malay Culture Wedding Ceremony. Congratulation to Shaiful and Farah for their hospitality and kindness.

 This is a shortclip that I made for them. I ensure they enjoy their wonderful memories with me.


AKAD NIKAH... involves the bride and groom, the kadi (state-appointed Muslim judge who officiates the ceremony), the wali (the one who gives the girl away in marriage, usually her father), two witnesses, and the (lafaz nikah) marriage vow, which the groom must recite in one breath. More gift trays are exchanged, and unfair as it may seem, the guy will get more than his wife.

 BERSANDING... it is like chinese "YAM SENG" at the restaurant but it depend on the place. The Bride and the Groom will sat on the chair for their parent to give blessing on after that ceremony, they will have a reunion dinner (KENDURI).. like I say "YAM SENG"... after that dinner they will gathering for photo shooting section (my work time)...

I really ENJOY their wedding so much...

I AM A MEMORY MAKER

Recently I was shock that I got an email claim I win a contest which organize by Nikon Malaysia. At first I thought it was a SCAM but after my investigation it was real.
The contest title was "I AM A MEMORY MAKER" and "I AM WINNERS"...

This is the photo that I use for the competition and my personally feel that this picture really give me a day break when look into it.

The Bride really happy and really natural. Some of her friends told me that they never saw she wear skirt before.

A million thanks to the Bride who give me an authorize to use her picture.

James & Joe's Wedding

Such a long time she has been waited for this moment, and yet.. seldom people saw she wear skirt and high heel shoes.. Today is the moment, and the import moment of their life.

As usual, make up is a must for our grooming in our life.

The Bride's "ji mui" is touching up the make up for her.

After all the preparation, the parent is starting the praying.

 

Lets us enjoy their moment of love.
















This is the romantic scene they want to be capture.

 All the Mom & Dad are proud and relief that their daughter & son get married because they are going to become like them one day.
I like to see such a dramatic scene, especially the crying moment. It makes me cry too.    (>.<)!!!

The arrival of James de'Groom.

To Joe de'Bride, she look gorgeous and elegant. All of her friends claim that she seldom wear skirt and wear high heels. The most impress them is the make up, it is because she never use any. "LOL". After everything, she look "WOW" fantastic baby (Korean song by BigBang).

 

This scene is always popular, they have kiss for almost 20-30sec for their friends and relative to take picture. The worst is the photographer ask them to kiss again for him to capture the moment (that photographer was ME) "LOL". And all you can see the Groom is sweeting all over the face.

Again and again, Congratulation to both of them and happily ever after.

Concubine Lane's in Ipoh

Recently I have go back to Ipoh where I born and live before. About 1 years old, I have move out from there. How come I know? My mom use to go there every weekend for Mahjong time. I have learn how to play Mahjong from her at that time when I was 6 - 7 years old if I not mistaken. LOLZ.

The top is the house allocated along of the lane. The interesting part is that house still have "Tanglong" outside and inside. Do not know how many years it hangs there. Look at below picture "my favorite".

You can even see a cross at the back of the house. My friends did not realize it while I take the picture. I ask him to look at the house and he replies me that this house "very de" hunted looking. LOLZ. And one more is the upper floor and roof is wide open.

This is one of the abandon lots. It is dangerous to go inside and take picture. As below, the upper floor might collapse at anytime.

Next time I go back to Ipoh, do I still can see the Concubine Lane old architectural.
Hopefully got someone rebuild it and make it like a Hotel. It will be cool. LOLZ.

Kelvin & May's Wedding

Another beautiful moment's of life...
Before the big day, most of the Chinese culture will serving foods, drinks and it also can called a "party" night before the Tea Ceremony. Most of the neighbors, friends and relative will come over to celebrate. 
Below is some of the moment of the event.

Below is The "Hair Dressing" Ritual - at the night before, the bride bath with water which full of variety of flower. She put on new underclothes and sat before lit the dragon and phoenix candles. Her father and mother will dressing the bride's hair in the style of a married women.

Tea Ceremony - will start at the morning which time is lucky for the Groom and Bride.
